Jamila Mohammed - Faniyi

Managing Director

Jamila holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Building, from the Ahmadu Bello University, Samaru, Zaria. She is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Building (NIOB).
She has attended many training programs both locally and internationally including Building Businesses in Turbulent Times (BBTT) at the Harvard Business School, Boston, MA in the United States of America and Project Management training in CPMS, Lagos.
She is a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI).
She runs the company, along with seasoned professionals of different backgrounds, ranging from HSSE, QAQC, HR, Finance, Finishes and Survey. She is also guided by a strong corporate governance backing

Babafemi
Olulusi

MEP Design Engineer

Babafemi Olulusi holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering from the University of Port-Harcourt. He is a COREN registered engineer and a member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers. With extensive experience in electrical power system design, project supervision and management, contract management, and installation, he possesses a wealth of knowledge. Babafemi is also proficient in using the Electrical Transient Analyzer Program (ETAP) and SKM Power Tools to analyze and optimize power systems, as well as REVIT MEP for creating 3D models of MEP services. Currently, he serves as an MEP Design Engineer at M&E Kaiser Ltd.

John
Adeokhor

Commercial Team Lead

John is an experienced Quantity Surveyor with over two decades of
relevant work experience. He spent 16 years with Costain West Africa
Plc where he ascended to the position of Assistant Commercial
Manager. Before joining M&E Kaiser, John held the
position of Cost Supervision and Procurement Manager at HFP
Engineering Nigeria Limited.

John holds a Higher National Diploma in Quantity Surveying from
Yaba College of Technology. He also has a Master’s degree in
Business Administration from Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma, Edo
State. He is a registered member of the Nigerian Institution of
Quantity Surveyors. Throughout his career, John has executed
several construction projects including the Watari Water Treatment
Plant Kano, Civil Works for Dangote Cement Power Plant Ibeshe,
Ogun State and the Development of Luxury Residential Apartments in
Ikoyi, Lagos State.

0yebamiji Mutiu Tunde

Head of Electrical

Oyebamiji Mutiu Tunde holds a Higher National Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (Power Option) from the Federal Polytechnic, Ede, Osun State. Additionally, he obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Electrical Engineering from the Federal University of Technology, Mina, Niger State. He is a registered engineer with COREN (Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria) and a proud member of the Nigerian Association of Technologists in Engineering (NATE).

With more than 12 years of experience in the field, he is a seasoned electrical engineer, specializing in electrical power installation, project supervision, and the design of electrical building services.

Chikeka
Campbell Nnamdi

Head, Mechanical Services

Chikeka is a member of the Council for Regulation of Engineers in Nigeria (COREN), the Nigerian Society of Engineers (MNSE), the American Society of Heating Refrigeration and Air-Condition Engineers (ASHRAE), Nigerian Institute of Mechanical Engineers (NIMECH), and has a Certificate in Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) from the Nigerian Institute of Safety Professionals.

 As Head, Mechanical Services he is involved in the design, installation, and supervision of electrical services, HVAC systems, and fire suppression systems across all MEK projects.

He has a Master’s degree in Facilities Management from the University of Lagos, Akoka, and a B.Eng, Mechanical Engineering from the Federal University of Technology, Owerri.
